In addition to Small Group Training, LIFT also offers the Open Gym option, allowing you to train outside of group classes while still benefiting from the support of a coach. In 'Open Gym' mode, you have access to the studio's equipment and can rely on the presence of a coach to assist and guide you, just like in a private coaching session. You train at your own pace while enjoying the studio’s dynamic atmosphere, alongside other members. This concept offers you total flexibility while ensuring personalized support.

Greg Deweer
With more than 15 years of experience, Greg Deweer former manager of Riverland La Croisette for 5 years before creating and managing 3 bodytech studios in Mauritius
In 2019, he started his Fitness Studio à The Valewhere he propose personnalised coaching in fitness and nutrition. He is also a consultant in gym design, helping companies optimise theie infrstructure
A certified coach, he also supports his clients with Les Mills programs (Bodycombat, Bodypump, CX WORX, GRIT Series, Bodyvive & HBX training).
Miguel Bongout
With over seven years of experience in functional fitness, Miguel Bongout is a certified coach, personal trainer, and passionate athlete. He is a co-owner of... CrossFit Moka With Sylvia Mola, where they bring their high-level coaching expertise.
Before founding CrossFit Moka, Miguel was a coach at CrossFit Grand Baie, where he coached athletes of all levels and designed customized strength and conditioning programs. His philosophy is focused on improving performance and overall well-being, with an emphasis on technique, progression, and safety.
Certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach (CFL1), Certified Personal Trainer (ASCA Level 1), Miguel continues to refine his skills through ongoing training and local competitions.
David Merven
With solid experience in personal training and functional rehabilitation, David Merven supports a wide range of clients, from athletes to people with specific health conditions, to regain strength, mobility and confidence in their bodies. His mission is to offer tailored and effective methods and help each person reach their goals.
Trained as a Personal Coach, he specialises in working with special populations (Parkinson’s, diabetes, obesity, athletes…) and uses Pilates-based training and rehabilitation techniques to improve core strength, balance, and mobility. As a Massage Therapist and Nutrition Advisor, David takes a holistic approach, combining movement, recovery, and lifestyle guidance for sustainable results.

With over 7 years of practical experience in CrossFit, Sylvia Mola coaches her clients with passion and expertise. A certified CrossFit Level 1 coach, she offers sessions tailored to all levels, combining high-intensity functional movements, strength training, and sustainable progression. Sylvia is committed to helping everyone, regardless of their level, improve performance, gain strength, and achieve their goals through functional and intense workouts.
She began her journey as a passionate CrossFit athlete, which allowed her to deeply understand the physical and mental demands of the discipline. She has coached a wide range of profiles, from beginners to advanced athletes, tailoring each program to individual goals with a strong focus on technique, injury prevention, and long-term progression.
His coaching style is dynamic, motivating, and results-oriented – ideal for pushing one's limits and transforming physical condition.
Guillaume Pépin
With over 12 years of experience, Guillaume Pépin has guided numerous individuals toward their goals in France, Réunion, and Mauritius. A specialist in fitness, bodybuilding, and physical preparation, he tailors his methods to the specific needs of each person.
Holder of a BP JEPS AGFF, he has trained in sports nutrition and specialized in Les Mills programs and HIIT to optimize performance. His experience in football, rugby, and team sports allows him to offer training sessions tailored to all levels, from experienced athletes to motivated beginners.
