Small Group Training: The Power of Personal Coaching, The Energy of a Group

Small Group Training sessions are held in small groups of 6 to 10 people, guided by an expert coach. This format allows for personalized support, better movement execution, and real-time guidance throughout the session. Unlike traditional gyms where classes often host up to 30 participants, here you’re never lost in the crowd. Your coach is there to guide, encourage, and adapt each exercise to your level and goals.

The result? More progress, fewer injuries, and a motivation boost fuelled by the group’s energy.

Open Gym: Freedom to Train with Coach Support

Open Gym gives you the freedom to train on your own, with full access to a premium space and high-quality equipment. The difference? A coach is always present, ready to answer your questions, guide you, and offer advice when needed. It’s the perfect balance between independence and support, ideal for those who want to move at their own pace with light guidance when necessary.

Why Combine Both?

Because your needs evolve and everyone progresses differently.
You can join a Small Group Training session when you want structured guidance, motivation, and technical corrections, then complement it with an Open Gym session to focus on specific areas, repeat a workout, or simply move freely.
